The Commons Cohort

What is the Commons Cohort?

The Commons Cohort is a group of women who are invited to share a common journey over 9 months. Joining a Commons Cohort gives you access to a safe and warm community of like-minded women with whom you will explore a wide range of topics relevant to women’s climate leadership.  Each facilitated session provides a nurturing atmosphere to contemplate how you show up for different facets of your career and life through a process of inquiry as well as holding space for other women to share their own experiences.

What is expected of me if I join?

Joining the Commons Cohort involves participating in a total of 4 in-person events, including a daylong and separate overnight retreat. We will also hold two mixer events. Members will also receive access to a curated list of resources designed to support you along this journey. Members are expected to commit fully to all events for the 9-month period.
